Clean place and a good amount of equipment. Staff are friendly and always welcoming. I'd like to see the workers out on the floor helping people due to so many amateurs being out of form, or not useing equipment right. Also a huge issue with enforcement of the rules. People constantly talking loud on phones. On phones, sitting at stations not working out. The ones who want to workout can't get on machines. Literally people watching sports and movies while sitting at a station. I'd like to see staff out from behind the front desk, interacting with people and enforcing the rules.

Great place to workout, especially if you're disabled. Graduated from physical therapy and got a silver sneakers membership. My wife has a black card membership, and she loves the massage chairs and the hydro massage. Several people I see have disabilitys doing low impact workouts. They could do with extending Silver Sneakers to include the massage chairs and hydro massage as this would help out older people a lot. The staff is always friendly and professional. Overall, I say this is a very nice place for doing continuing physical therapy workouts. Another suggestion would be to have special silver sneakers workout classes to encourage more older and disabled people join.

Nice job! Yelled at my 79 year old mother for making to much noise putting her plates away. My parents have been coming to this gym at least 3 times a week for years and so many people leave their weights all over. My mom has to move them so she can bench her 55 pounds. She has tried asking for your help, but that is to much trouble and now you yell at her for making to much noise putting her plates away. This is ridiculous!!! Not to mention disrespectful. Don’t bother asking me to email or call you. You can read. This occurred on 9/21 between 1:20-2:30pm. I know you have problems keeping employees and you don’t care, only putting the review to possibility encourage others to go elsewhere where they won’t get yelled at for working out. Response: I gave you enough information to figure this out if you wanted too. Need more… New manager sent a young lady to yell at my mother who was benching 55 pounds on the smith machine. My father let the manager know when they left they wouldn’t be back. They both go to the gym 3-5 days a week, silver sneakers so the gym gets paid if they go and doesn’t if they don’t. They already joined and are now going to another gym. Hire people that know something about working out. She didn’t drop weights. It was a normal noise in a gym. This guy just likes throwing his weight around.

The night worker phil is very rude and not professional in any way. Young man with a black card membership came to use showers and was cussed out and threathened by the older gentleman Phil because he had slides.but his shoes in his bag going to showers. Normally good reviews but with employees like that you. He has no greet and is very sneaky where he canceled my membership after i asked him to calm down.. he has worst attitude and a uninviting face.. second pf in lakeland that has rules outside any pf i visited
